Terms of use
Terms of use — version 2026-10-01. This portal (a Virtual Office Website) is operated by CJ Singh, Sales Representative, Real Broker Ontario Ltd., Brokerage. By registering and using it you agree that:
(1) You are entering into a lawful broker–consumer relationship with CJ Singh and Real Broker Ontario Ltd., Brokerage for the purpose of receiving real estate brokerage services. These terms do not create a representation agreement or impose any financial obligation on you.
(2) All MLS® data obtained from this portal is intended only for your personal, non-commercial use.
(3) You have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate of the type offered through this portal.
(4) You will not copy, redistribute, retransmit or otherwise use any of the data or listing information provided, except in connection with your consideration of the purchase, sale or lease of an individual property.
(5) You acknowledge PropTx's (the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board's) ownership of, and the validity of its proprietary rights and copyright in, the MLS® database, MLS® data, the MLS® System and the listing information.
(6) You will not, directly or indirectly, display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense any listing information to another individual or entity. Prohibited uses expressly include "scraping" (including screen scraping and database scraping), "data mining", and any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organize, summarize or manipulate any listing information or related data — including the use of any automated tool or AI system to do so.
(7) Your password is valid for up to 90 days, after which it must be renewed. A session ends after 60 minutes of inactivity. Searches are limited to 100 results.
(8) You expressly authorize PropTx, and other PropTx members or their duly authorized representatives, to access this portal for the purposes of verifying compliance with the MLS® Rules and Policies (including the VOW Rules) and monitoring the display of members' listings.
(9) Listing information is provided by PropTx and its participants, is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PropTx, and should be independently verified. Each listing is offered by the brokerage named on it. This portal does not provide full access to the PropTx MLS® System.
(10) Accounts found to be used for commercial purposes, by licensed real estate professionals, or in breach of these terms will be closed, and the audit trail may be provided to PropTx.

Privacy policy
What we collect. Your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your acceptance of the terms of use, and a record of your use of the portal — sign-ins, searches (the criteria you used), and the time and network address of each. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash.
Why. To operate the portal as a Virtual Office Website under the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (PropTx) rules, which require us to verify each registrant's email address, record acceptance of the terms, keep an audit trail of access, and screen out commercial use; to respond to your inquiries; and, with your consent, to contact you about your real estate needs.
Who sees it. CJ Singh and Real Broker Ontario Ltd., Brokerage. Your registration record and audit trail may be shared with PropTx for auditing and/or legal purposes if PropTx requests it under the MLS® Rules. Your information is not sold and is not shared with anyone else, except service providers that host this site and deliver its email, who may not use it for their own purposes.
How long. Registration records and the audit trail are kept for at least 180 days after your password's validity expires, as the VOW rules require, and otherwise only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your choices. You may ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time — call 416-276-2555 or email cjsingh.realtor@gmail.com. Deleting your information closes your account. This policy follows the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
